I'd say yes and no. Yes, because this life is our gift. This world is our gift, and the people in it are priceless. Yes, because we are physical beings with physical needs, and I think it's foolish to attempt to deny that completely. No, because we are also spiritual beings living out an eternity in which this world plays an important but secondary role. Because the things that are temporal are fading, but God's kingdom is forever, so we don't have to worry about having the "perfect life" here. I know I'm getting that perfect life when I see Jesus face to face. :)
